Pursuant to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Article 17 GDPR — Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten") and the requirements established in the Google API Services User Data Policy, LlumGas (operated by Energy Digital Services LLC) provides transparent, direct procedures for users wishing to revoke authorizations or request permanent deletion of their personal data from our systems.

1. How to Revoke Access and Disconnect Your Google Account

If you previously connected your Google account or utilized Google credentials to interact with LlumGas, you can immediately revoke access via your Google Security Settings:

1. Locate LlumGas or applications managed by Energy Digital Services LLC in the list of third-party apps with account access.
2. Select "Remove Access" or "Delete all connections with LlumGas".
3. Google will immediately invalidate all security tokens, preventing further data retrieval.

2. How to Request Complete Deletion of Personal Data from LlumGas

Users may request complete deletion of contact details, submitted energy invoices, savings analyses, and correspondence at any time:

2. In the message body, provide your name, email address, and phone number associated with your consultation or account.
3. Our privacy team will acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours and finalize permanent deletion within 30 calendar days.

3. Data Deletion and Legal Retention Boundaries

• Immediately deleted data: Digital invoice uploads, tariff comparisons, temporary contact details, Google API integration tokens, and messaging history.
• Legally retained data: Where a utility contract has been formally processed through LlumGas, billing records and required transaction documentation will be securely blocked and retained solely for mandatory statutory limitation periods (up to 5 years under civil and fiscal obligations).
